Auction Information

Auction Rules & Participation Guidelines

1. Participation is open worldwide to individuals 18 years and above.

2. A Support Contribution is required to access the bidding process. This contribution is non-refundable and separate from artwork pricing.

3. All bids placed are binding. The highest valid bid at the close of the auction will be declared the winner.

4. Winning bidders will be notified and must complete full payment within the specified timeframe.

5. Artworks are shipped after receipt of full payment. Shipping, customs duties, and taxes (if applicable) are borne by the buyer.

6. All artworks are original. Where applicable, certificates of authenticity may be provided.

7. Due to the charitable nature of the auction, all sales are final. No cancellations or returns are permitted.

8. Proceeds support humanitarian and cultural initiatives.

9. The organisers reserve the right to make final decisions regarding participation, bidding, and auction conduct.

10. Participation in the auction implies acceptance of these rules.
